The peanut butter will give you a good dose of healthy fats and protein, and the rolled oats can help regulate blood sugar and are rich in antioxidants.

This berry and nut smoothie is both tasty and easy to prepare. And if you feel like being extra luxurious turn it into a smoothie bowl instead. Pour into a beautiful bowl and top with some sliced banana, coconut flakes, cinnamon or your choice of topping.

Berry Go Nuts Smoothie

For 2 servings:
1 banana
1 cup frozen strawberries
¾ cup of soy milk (or your milk of choice)
2 tbsp rolled oats
1 tbsp peanut butter
½ cup of ice cubes (optional)
